The Municipality of Ravenna developed the following themed paths as part of the Interreg Med project “Locations”.
From the lagoon to the pine grove
This approximately 8 km long route starts from Porto Corsini, runs along the Pialassa della Baiona Lagoon and, after passing through Marina Romea, crosses the Pineta dei Lidi Nord to then return to the starting point. It is mainly on dirt roads and is not recommended in the event of bad weather.
Lidi Nord
Approximately 15 km long, this path follows mainly paved paths dedicated exclusively to cycling/walking. After crossing the large Pineta dei Lidi Nord pine grove you can take an easy ride first to Marina Romea and then Casalborsetti before returning to the starting point along the Laguna Pialassa della Baiona.
Capanno Garibaldi
A ride of about 12 km takes you to the famous Capanno Garibaldi, passing through the Laguna Pialassa della Baiona and finally through the Pineta dei Lidi Nord.
Along the Lamone
Slightly longer and more demanding than the previous paths, this themed route allows you to follow the Lamone river, passing through the Pineta dei Lidi Nord or Laguna Pialassa della Baiona. It mainly follows a dirt road and is not recommended in the event of bad weather.
